YUTERA — Home & Living Solutions
3D Material
The material at the centre of the YUTERA 3D Mattress. A 3D, breathable mattress material built around an open structure — the reason the products behave the way they do.
Supplied to manufacturers and brands as a material solution, not as a consumer product.
What is 3D Material?
3D Material — also described as 3D mesh material — is a structured 3D textile: two outer surfaces joined and held apart by a structured middle. That gap is what separates it from a flat fabric or a solid foam layer, and it is the reason the material behaves the way it does.
- Two surfaces held apart by a structured, open middle
- An open internal volume rather than a solid cross-section
- Used as a 3D mattress material where airflow is a design priority
- Also supplied for other engineered applications
3D Structure
The structure is the product. Because the middle of the material is open rather than solid, the material combines an airflow path with a resilient 3D geometry. Understanding this structure is what allows a buyer to judge where the material belongs in their own construction.
- Open internal geometry, not a closed cell block
- Surfaces held at a defined distance by that structure
- Structural geometry that contributes resilience
- A material that keeps its open character within an assembly

Support & Resilience
contributes to the structural performance
Airflow
Airflow is the most direct consequence of an open structure. Instead of air being blocked by a solid layer, it can move through the space the structure creates. As a breathable mattress material, this is the property most buyers are looking for first.
- Air movement through the material rather than around it
- Airflow created by the structure itself, not added afterwards
- Designed to support a more ventilated sleep surface
- No airflow rate is published — figures are supplied against verified documentation per project
Moisture Management
Moisture management follows from the same open geometry. Movement of air through the structure supports the transport of moisture away from the surface, rather than trapping it in a closed layer.
- Moisture handling supported by air movement through the structure
- An open structure rather than a moisture-trapping solid layer
- Relevant to comfort and to long-term product performance
- No absorption or transmission figure is published
Resilience & Support
The structure gives the material its resilience. That resilience is what allows the material to contribute support and dimensional stability when it is built into a mattress, rather than acting only as a soft surface layer.
- Resilience derived from the 3D geometry
- Contributes to support and dimensional stability in an assembly
- Suited to repeated use in partner programmes
- No load, compression or recovery figure is published
Environmental Approach
The supplied product information describes the material as a new-generation environmentally-oriented material, and the construction uses an open middle rather than a solid fill. Where a specific product is documented as using recycled, renewable or degradable content, that is stated with the product — never generalised across the range.
- An environmentally-oriented material, per the supplied product information
- An open structure instead of a solid filled cross-section
- Product-specific environmental content stated only against documentation
- No certification or recycled-content percentage is claimed
Material Applications
The material is supplied to manufacturers and brands. Applications can be discussed according to project requirements.
Mattresses and mattress toppers — as a structural or comfort layer
Hybrid sleep systems — combined with a support core
Upholstery, seating and furniture
Other engineered textile uses
OEM / ODM Material Discussion
Material supply is discussed on a project basis. We can talk through how the material would be specified, combined and applied for your market before any commitment is made.
- Material specification discussed per project
- Combination with other layers and components
- Bulk material supply for manufacturing partners
- Dimensions, thickness and format confirmed per project
- No MOQ, lead time or certification is stated in advance
