Yes. OEM and ODM are a core part of what we do. Under OEM, we manufacture to your existing specification, including your dimensions, construction, cover, branding and packaging. Under ODM, you bring a market and a positioning and we develop the construction with you, through sampling, before any production commitment.

Yes — customization is project-based. We can discuss product structure, material combination, dimensions, appearance, cover options and packaging. Customization details can be discussed according to project requirements. No fixed layer count or standard size chart is published, because the specification is agreed with you rather than taken from a catalogue.

The 3D Material can be specified for the role it plays in your product — a structural layer, a comfort layer, or a full sleep surface — and supplied as material for your own manufacturing. Material options are discussed against your application. Technical detail is supplied per project against verified documentation.

Sampling is part of the development process: a sample is produced against the agreed direction and reviewed before any production commitment. Sample arrangements, and any terms attached to them, are agreed per project — we do not publish standing sample terms.
